Sunday the 14th SOLD OUT

An array of lights had the castle stand out on the hill top, a completely sold out Dinner,
with outstanding romantic entertainment by Caleb Landon!
A photo booth was there to capture couples Reminisce through out the evening,
the weather was impeccable stars shined through over Paso Robles!

Entertainment is Human Nation Jazz band and sax player

Come & enjoy a private cooking class with our talented Executive Chef Ryan Swarthout!
For 2 hours you will learn all the techniques, cooking fortays, as well as a few extraordinary dishes to make at home this is going to be a hands on class,afterwards clean yourself up and let our staff and chefs cater to you for a dinner down in our Barrel Room, white linens, candle light, & wine of course!

Wine Blending 101
 Come and learn the ins and outs of wine blending! After an informative seminar covering the basics, dive in and blend your own! When you're finished designing your own special wine, we will blend a bottle for you! Once the festivities are complete, enjoy lunch in The Crown Room, included!
